It has all the necessary appliances, dishwasher,microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer, toaster, ceramic hob and electric oven etc..

The utility room houses the washing machine, ironing board and iron.

There is cot and bedding available for use.

A large bright bedroom with two single beds and large wardrobe with plenty of storage.

The bedroom has a marble fireplace and high ceiling with cornices and rose. Original parquet flooring throughout the bedroom.

There are shutters on the French windows that lead to the balcony overlooking the Avenue.

The beautifully decorated entrance hall of the Palais des Fleurs, the cobbled hallway was originally used for horse- drawn carriages.

There is a automatic coded door from the Avenue and an intercom system which all makes the apartment and the building very secure.

The inner lobby door (above right) gives access to the elevator to our 4th floor apartment.
